Overview
ArtFight is a drawing and voting party game by DesertTap Game Studio for Android and iOS. This Privacy Policy explains what information ArtFight uses, why it is used, and the choices available to players. Availability of ads, purchases, and privacy controls depends on the installed version and store availability.

Information ArtFight Uses
- Player names typed inside the app for Pass & Play or Online rooms.
- Online room codes, lobby status, round status, drawing prompts, votes, and round results.
- Drawings submitted during online rounds so other players in the same room can reveal and vote on them.
- Gallery images saved by the player to the device.
- App settings stored on the device, such as sound on/off, selected prompt pack, reward credits, and last room.
- App version, device/app information, identifiers where permitted, ad interactions, and diagnostic information such as crash and performance data when included service SDKs are active. Advertising services may infer an approximate location from an IP address; ArtFight does not request precise GPS location for gameplay.
- Purchase status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, and store receipts when purchases are enabled. These are used to verify and restore purchased items. ArtFight does not receive full payment card details from Google Play or Apple's App Store.
- Anonymous Firebase identifiers used to run online rooms.
How ArtFight Uses Information
- Run Solo, Pass & Play, and Online room gameplay.
- Show prompts, drawings, reveals, votes, results, rematches, and winner badges.
- Save player-requested gallery images.
- Remember local settings and reward credits.
- Show optional rewarded ads and safe ad breaks when ads are enabled.
- Verify, unlock, and restore Remove Ads and prompt pack purchases in versions that offer them.
- Diagnose problems and improve the game.
- Prevent abuse and keep online rounds working.
Sharing
ArtFight does not sell personal information.
ArtFight may share or process information with service providers that help the game work, including Google Firebase for anonymous sign-in and online rooms; Google Mobile Ads / AdMob and its consent tools for advertising; Unity In-App Purchasing with Google Play Billing or Apple StoreKit for purchases; and Google Play or Apple's App Store for app distribution.
These services may process data according to their own policies and SDK behavior.
Provider information: Google Privacy Policy, Apple Privacy Policy, and Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
Online Rooms
Online rooms use room codes and Firebase anonymous sign-in. Players in the same room may see submitted player names, drawings, prompts, votes, and results for that room.
Players should not enter real names, private information, or sensitive content into names or drawings.
Room codes are invitations, not proof of friendship: anyone who obtains a valid code may attempt to join. Do not post codes publicly. Other players may save or photograph drawings they can view; leaving a room or later deleting data cannot remove copies they already made.
To report abusive drawings or behavior, contact deserttap.games@gmail.com with the room code and approximate time. We respond to safety reports within 24 hours. Reports and necessary evidence are reviewed privately by DesertTap, rather than posted to other players. Do not email passwords, payment details, or unnecessary sensitive images.
Gallery Images
When a player saves a gallery, ArtFight writes an image file on the device using the storage or photo permissions available on that platform. The player controls whether to share that saved image outside the app. Online drawings are separately submitted to the room when the player uses online gameplay.
Ads and Purchases
ArtFight may show ads after safe gameplay moments, such as after a finished round or for optional rewards. Rewarded ads may unlock bonus saves or longer drawing times.
Ad providers may process device information, IP addresses, identifiers where permitted, and ad interactions to deliver and measure advertising and prevent fraud. Test builds may use sample ads instead of revenue-generating ads. Privacy controls and consent requests, where applicable, depend on the version, region, and platform. In versions with an Ad Privacy Choices control, players can revisit available choices from the in-app Privacy page. Device privacy settings provide additional controls.
The current ad integration requests non-personalized ads and restricted ad content. Non-personalized advertising still involves data processing for delivery, measurement, diagnostics, and fraud prevention; it does not mean that no information is collected. Removing ads does not remove the app store's purchase records or necessarily stop consent-tool network requests.
Versions with purchases enabled may offer one-time purchases, such as Remove Ads or prompt packs, through Google Play Billing on Android or Apple StoreKit on iOS. Payment processing is handled by the relevant store. Purchase ownership is stored locally and checked against store records to restore purchases or reconcile refunds. Restore Purchases uses the current store account; purchases do not automatically transfer between Android and iOS. Version 0.1.4 does not offer active in-app purchases.
Purchase-enabled builds using Unity In-App Purchasing 5.4 or later also send purchase and session information to Unity. This can include installation and device identifiers, device and app information, approximate country, product and transaction identifiers, prices and currency, receipts or transaction verification data, and purchase attempts, results and fulfilment events. This information supports purchase functionality, purchase analytics, diagnostics and fraud prevention. It is separate from the ownership record stored on your device and can be processed even without a separate Unity Analytics package. ArtFight does not use purchase history to target advertising.
Data Retention
Local app settings remain on the device until the player clears app data or uninstalls the app.
The app stores purchase ownership locally. Uninstalling the app does not erase the store's transaction records, Unity's purchase-related records, or refund purchases. Providers may retain records for their service, security, financial or legal obligations; their policies explain their handling. The relevant store manages refund requests.
Saved gallery images remain on the device until the player deletes them.
Online room data is kept only as long as needed for gameplay, testing, operations, and abuse prevention.
Leaving a room or reaching a room's access-expiry time is not the same as erasing its database records. Cloud data cleanup and deletion requests are handled manually. Safety reports may include the reporter's and reported player's app identifiers, room and round references, a reason, explanatory text, and the reported content. Access is limited to the reporter where supported and authorized reviewers.
Deletion Requests
Players can request deletion help by contacting deserttap.games@gmail.com.
For online room data, include the room code, approximate date, and player name used in the room if available. Do not send sensitive drawings or private information by email unless needed for the request.
We complete verified anonymous online account and associated gameplay-data deletion requests within seven days and confirm completion through the available request channel. We may need limited information to identify your anonymous online account and prevent someone else from deleting it. A request acknowledgement is not a confirmation that deletion has finished.
Deletion covers data associated with your anonymous online account that we control, including submitted content and relevant report records. Records that must be retained by law are handled separately and any applicable exception will be explained. Deleting the app alone does not request cloud-data deletion. Purchases and refund requests remain managed by the relevant app store; account deletion is not a refund or a transfer of purchases between stores.
For access to or deletion of purchase-related information processed by Unity on our behalf, contact us at the same support address and mention that your request concerns purchase data. We will coordinate the request with Unity and explain any necessary identifying information, retention exception or provider processing time. Completing an online guest-account deletion does not confirm deletion from Unity or an app store. Never send us your Apple or Google password, payment-card details or verification codes.
Local device data can also be removed by deleting saved gallery images, clearing the app's storage, or uninstalling ArtFight.
Security
ArtFight uses Google and Firebase services that support secure network communication. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but reasonable steps are used to protect gameplay data.
Children and Target Audience
ArtFight is not directed to children under 13. If the target audience changes in a future release, this policy and the app's data, ads, and consent settings will be reviewed and updated as needed.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated as ArtFight changes. The updated policy will show a new effective date.
